Complete the registration form. Have your USA Hockey Registration card ready when registering.

Complete the camper medical form.  IMPORTANT: Be sure to have your insurance card, immunization record, and a recent physical handy before starting. You may upload documents (e.g., PDFs) or image files. 

Early Registration: $500 if registered and paid by April 1st.  Fee after April 1st.: $550 

10% sibling discount for second camper. Goalies: $250 ; Click on this link and select Skater, Sibling or Goalie. Registration fee includes a PVHC hockey jersey to keep.

You may also pay by check if that is more convenient.  Make check payble to Tim McVaugh and write the words "Pioneer Valley Hockey Camp" on the memo line.  Mail your check to  PO Box 149, Deerfield MA 01342.

100% refund if canceled before June 1st, less a $25 fee, 50% refund if canceled between June 1st and July 1st. No refunds after July 1st. 

This is one of the few all-day hockey camps in the area.  Players from around the area, including Amherst, Hadley, Northampton and Greenfield have already commited. The camp is open to all genders. Spread the word within your local hockey program and coordinate car pools to assist in driving.
